For the first time in China，the technology of “single slurry heating and mixing after furnace” is used to process the catalytic the process calibration data of the delayed coking unit including the slurry heating furnace，the catalytic oil is measured and slurry passes through the slurry heating furnace to obtain the product fraction distribution，and the production process of the slurry into the heating furnace is economically the same time，an economic contrast analysis with low-sulfur RMG380 residue marine fuel oil was carried out to obtain a relatively good process path for oil slurry processing under the current price system.
